Description

This 10-Hour General Industry Course is the program you need to get an official DOL OSHA 10-Hour Card for General Industry. Students come away learning the keys to recognition, avoidance, abatement, and prevention of safety and health hazards. This is an entry level program for general industry workers, in which students will be introduced to OSHA policies, procedures, and standards found in CFR 1910. Special emphasis is placed on areas most hazardous using OSHA standards as a guide.

Upon successful completion of the course, students can download a certificate of completion immediately. You will receive the official DOL OSHA 10-Hour General Industry Outreach wallet card within 6-8 weeks.

Who Should Take The OSHA 10-Hour Training?

This web-based and interactive course from the eLearning pioneer is often taken to meet employer and state requirements for safety training. There are no prerequisites for this online course. Supplementary training may be needed, depending on work-specific hazards and requirements.

What Happens Next?

You may take the course anytime, anywhere as long as you'€re connected to the internet. Actual training takes a minimum of 10 hours. To pass the quizzes and the final exam, you must score at least 70%. Enrollees may take the tests three times to achieve a passing rate.

Upon completing the training and the survey at the end of the course, you may be able to print the certificate on demand. Expect the DOL Wallet Card an official documentation for students who have taken the 10-hour outreach training to be mailed after six to eight weeks of course completion.
